Occasionally, business owners need to step away from their business and take a break. That’s why The Secured Property Group provides our keyholding service to these individuals, granting the peace of mind they need knowing their business is secure.

With insurance and risk issues in mind, more and more companies are outsourcing this vital responsibility to a professional security company that can respond to emergencies and alarms 24/7. Whether our clients are out of town, on vacation, or simply unable to respond in a timely manner, The Secured Property Group are happy to act as the first line of response should any issues arise.

How Our Keyholding Service Works

The process begins with us receiving the property keys and taking note of any specific instructions surrounding the property. Once we receive a call from the alarm monitor, we immediately dispatch a security officer to the scene with a set of keys to carry out a full inspection and tend to the alarm. During this inspection, we look for any visible damage or signs of forced entry to the property. A full written report of all details pertaining to the alarm is submitted to clients the next day.

For extra protection, our keyholding service is complemented by our Mobile Security Patrol service.
